What Is SAMS?
It is an Aladdins Cave of goodies. At SAMS surplus
objects are collected, displayed and offered in a sort of
emporium or ‘warehouse of wonders’.
SAMS brings
together public and private organisations with a common
aim of raising recycling and environmental awareness
and actively encourages recycling within the local
business community. With the assistance and support of
our dedicated team of volunteers our not for profit social
enterprise is a thriving hub of activity.

Committed To SAMS Success...
SAMS also incorporates School Friends, which brings the opportunity
for continued links between education and the private sector.
Our Employee Community Involvement project is supported through
SAMS through business involvement. Local business employees
‘put something back into their community’ by undertaking team building
‘challenges’ to solve area problems. Private sector business ‘surplus’
is collected and used in the challenge and any excess supports local
charities and voluntary organisations through SAMS.
