Our Objective
Our objective is to assist local companies in developing & achieving greater success by providing them access to highly experienced, knowledgeable and skilled business people - we call these people our Guardians. They work as volunteers to mentor developing entrepreneurs.

Could You Benefit?

If you’re a company that has been trading for 12 months, have growth potential or are having to make difficult decisions and are based within one of our regions, you are eligible to apply for assistance.

No matter which industry you operate in, we’ll work to find a Guardian with the experience, skills and personality to match your requirements.

Is It Totally FREE?
Yes! We will not charge you anything and we will not sell you anything. We receive Government funding and Private Sector Sponsorship, with which we supply your Guardian with expenses to cover their costs.

Guardians

This means that you can access specialists, entrepreneurs and business consultants for their support and direction without any direct expense. Since 2001 we have assisted companies with over £5m of advice and consultation at absolutely no direct cost to our clients.
Who Has It Helped?
The scheme has assisted over 500 companies since 2001, companies such as North West based High Frequency Solutions. With the help of a high profile Guardian, High Frequency lifted turnover from £600k to £3m with a 3 year target of £10m.

Who Are The Guardians?

Our Guardians are very experienced, knowledgeable and skilled entrepreneurs or consultants who want to help local companies expand and succeed. They are drawn from all walks of life and offer mentoring based on thier experience.

Some are technical specialists, financial experts or retail consultants while others assist with HR, Project Planning or Marketing. Whatever your challenge, our network allows us to access hundreds of experienced people from a diverse cross section of sectors who may be able to assist you.
