The Mission...
We encourage employers to allow employees time to put something back into their community, as part of their own development. We’ve run in excess of 200 schemes with over 100 companies
since we started.

The Projects...

The projects vary from short-term part-time secondments through to team building challenges but, whatever the format, they share a common goal; to support residents and create positive interest in the community.

The projects allow employees to develop their skills whilst companies have their profile raised. Community groups benefit from getting hands-on practical support and advice. This results in benefits for employers, employees and our communities.

Employer Benefits...
As an employer you’ll understand the need to keep a motivated workforce that’s interested in self development. Our schemes aim to add value to the community but also to provide training and development for your staff.

It makes sense that a workforce that’s motivated and has their training and development needs met are more productive, happier and will remain loyal to their employer. If you would like some of these benefits we would welcome hearing from you.

Employee Benefits...

As an employee you’ll be able to work on a community based project with the support of your employer. The time you give will be rewarding personally but it could also have some great professional benefits too. You’ll often receive some level of training on your project and the majority of the people that assist us agree that the personal achievement at the end of the project motivates them further.
Community Benefits ...
We’re all members of a community. Whatever our role in society we all make a choice about how we interact with our community and what we do to assist it. This project aims to provide the incentive employers and employees need to get involved!

Employee Community Involvement

A better community eventually leads to less crime, less social disorder and a better environment for us all. This project is a small part of a massive movement to improve where and how we live.
